How can I know if my order is ready?
You will receive an email to notify you when your order is ready. You can also track the progress of your order through our website by visiting the MY ORDERS section in your account. Or you can write to us using the form provided above.
What are the delivery times for my order?
Our delivery services are estimated at 1-2 business days for Quebec and Ontario, except for remote regions where delivery can take 3 to 4 business days or more.
I placed an order for two (2) items a few days ago and today I received only one item by mail; how come?
This is possible and completely normal. Even if you have two (2) or more items in a single order, as soon as one item from the order is ready, we ship it to you so that it reaches you as quickly as possible. We don't necessarily wait for all items in an order to be ready before shipping the material. As soon as an item is ready to be sent, we ship it. Therefore, it's possible that you may receive one item one day and the other item the next day.
